Stock items can be returned within 14 days under EU consumer protection rules. The buyer covers return shipping; refund issued within 5 working days of receipt.

Custom commissions (Hueforge of your photo, custom Gridfinity adapter, board game insert for a title not in our shop) are non-returnable, but if the print fails our QC we will reprint at no cost.

Warranty on stock prints: 6 months against print defects (layer separation, warping). Filament colour fade in direct sunlight is not covered.
